Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Manager to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service to our passengers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the live chat platform to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to uphold high standards of customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat platform
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
