Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Drive sales through proactive engagement with customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:
- Driven and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers
- Excellent analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer interactions
- Proficient in written communication with a strong command of the English language
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
