### Job Description

Sprout Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic **Live Chat Associate** to join our team and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients via live chat, assisting them in resolving inquiries and providing product information in a timely and effective manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the drive to contribute positively in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers through live chat to provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- **Resolving Inquiries:** Address customer questions and concerns related to our products and services, troubleshooting technical issues and providing relevant solutions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively guide customers and provide clear, concise information.
- **Escalation Handling:** Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while following up to ensure a resolution is achieved.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights during interactions to help improve products and services.
- **Record Keeping:** Document interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system to ensure a comprehensive view of customer history and inquiries.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to share insights and foster a cooperative working environment that aligns with our sustainability mission.
- **Quality Assurance:** Adhere to company standards for service quality and compliance while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in chat processes.

### Requirements

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service or support is preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a live chat environment.
