Job Description:

Qwikwire is seeking a motivated and adaptable Live Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform
- Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately
- Critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong research skills to quickly find information to assist customers
- Must be motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
