**Job Summary:**
As a Live Chat Assistant at Coins.ph, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our users. This part-time position requires a dedicated and resourceful individual who can handle customer inquiries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will need to address their questions, provide assistance, and resolve issues via live chat in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of service.
- Understand customer needs and proactively offer solutions or recommendations to enhance their experience with Coins.ph.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services in order to provide accurate and relevant information to users.
- Track and document customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues that require further investigation or specific expertise.
- Assist in creating and updating FAQ, knowledge base articles, and response templates to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor chat queue and ensure timely responses to maximize user satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous learning about industry trends and competitor services to better serve our customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to team goals.
- Adapt to new tools, procedures, and platforms for customer support as necessary.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; any experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language; proficiency in Filipino or other languages is a bonus.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software; familiarity with live chat support tools and software is an advantage.
- Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated and resourceful personality, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and navigate changes within the work environment.
