**Job Description:**

Cloudstaff is seeking a motivated and confident Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As a part-time Live Chat Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service through live chat channels. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing support, possess strong persuasive communication skills, and have the ability to manage projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Maintain a friendly and welcoming tone while addressing customer needs effectively.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing immediate solutions or escalating to the relevant departments when necessary. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with care and accuracy.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop in-depth knowledge of Cloudstaff products and services to effectively assist customers. Understand common customer issues and proactively offer relevant solutions or alternatives.

- **Persuasion and Sales:** Utilize persuasive communication techniques to promote products or services when appropriate. Encourage upsells and cross-sells while ensuring the customer's best interests are prioritized.

- **Project Management:** Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights, contributing to ongoing improvement projects. Document and report on customer interactions and trends in a detailed and organized manner.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and the delivery of high-quality service. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and industry trends. Seek out opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement in skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in communications, business, or a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or live chat role is preferred. Experience in sales or project management is a bonus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Confident:** Ability to engage with customers assertively and positively, providing clear and concise information.
- **Dedicated:** Strong commitment to meeting customer needs and contributing to team goals.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Persuasion:** Skilled in influencing customer decisions through effective communication and relationship-building.
- **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using live chat software, CRM systems, and other digital communication tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

- **Language Skills:** Excellent spoken and written English language skills. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
