We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LinkedIn Strategist to lead our efforts in building a strong presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. The LinkedIn Strategist will collaborate with various teams to create a cohesive LinkedIn strategy that aligns with the company's broader marketing and business objectives. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development:
o Develop comprehensive LinkedIn strategies to increase brand visibility, grow followers, and drive engagement.
o Identify target audiences and tailor content and outreach strategies to resonate with specific LinkedIn demographics.
o Set measurable goals and KPIs for LinkedIn initiatives, including follower growth, engagement rates, and lead generation.
• Content Creation and Management:
o Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, and multimedia content.
o Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice and is optimized for LinkedIn's platform.
o Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely posting and promotion of content.
• Engagement and Community Building:
o Actively engage with LinkedIn users by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
o Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, potential partners, and key stakeholders on LinkedIn.
o Monitor and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and discussions to position the company as a thought leader.
• Advertising and Lead Generation:
o Plan and execute LinkedIn ad campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve marketing goals.
o Optimize ad performance by analyzing metrics and making data-driven adjustments.
o Develop strategies for generating and nurturing leads through LinkedIn, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sponsored content.
• Analytics and Reporting:
o Track and analyze LinkedIn metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and content.
o Provide regular reports on LinkedIn performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
o Stay updated on LinkedIn's evolving algorithms and features to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing, sales, and communications teams to integrate LinkedIn efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
o Coordinate with the HR team to support employer branding and recruitment efforts on LinkedIn.
Qualifications
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Proven experience in LinkedIn strategy, social media management, or digital marketing.
o Demonstrated success in growing and engaging a LinkedIn audience, as well as generating leads through the platform.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform, algorithms, and best practices.
o Excellent strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
o Proficiency in using LinkedIn analytics tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
