SUMMARY OF JOB:

The main duty of an Electrical Technician is to provide assistance in all electrical-related matters for the production department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Below are some, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of an Electrical Technician:

Conducts set up and operation of test equipment for evaluation of performance, assembly, or system, under simulated operating conditionsRecords results of the conducted equipment testingProvides technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during and/or after constructionRepairs and replaces defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and various electrical fixturesDismantles motors and generatorsHandles maintenance, troubleshooting or repair of electrical instrument and/or testing equipmentConducts inspections and testing on machineries and equipmentAnalyses and interprets test results on machineries and equipmentCreates reports on findings and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of test resultsCreates service report for submission to supervisorAssist in promoting company's services to prospects and potential clients QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 4-year or vocational course related to the fieldHas acquired certification/license from PRC and/or TESDA related to the fieldKnowledgeable on the use of computer and computer applications such as MS Office, etc.Excellent communication and Interpersonal skillsExperience related to the field is not necessary, but an advantageOrganized and SystematicCan work with minimal or no supervision from supervisorFlexible and willing to work beyond working hoursCritical thinker and has excellent decision-making skills *D-6/13/24
