Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground lines.
Follow safety protocols and use appropriate gear.
Inspect and conduct routine maintenance.
Diagnose and repair faults and outages.
Operate heavy machinery and tools.
Climb poles and towers for equipment access.
Coordinate with team and utility companies.
Maintain accurate work records.
Communicate with customers about outages and repairs.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Vocational technical training preferred.
Experience: Apprentice lineman or related experience desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficient with tools, climbing gear, and understanding electrical systems.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety standards and protocols.
Communication: Effective verbal communication skills
