Job description
Bachelor's degree in any discipline of engineering or equivalentExperience in amanufacturing company is preferred but not required.with experience/background in Quality Control and or Assurance task is preferred but not required.Hands-on experience of MS Office applications with statistical/data analysis.Good interpersonal relation and negotiation skillsgood leadership and supervisory skills.Strong written and verbal communiction skills.good problem solving skills.Aggressive in promoting Quality Improvement Activities.Provide Non conformance report treatment for all failure modes encountered on production line.Responsible for the review and confirmation of accuracy chip for production use after preparation of QC Assistant.Conduct failure analysis training and monitoring discussion to new QC member .To oversee production line per process and per product to ensure that process controls are being implemented to prevent outflow.Willing to be assigned at Murata, Innovator, FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas
