Job Title: Line Leader (Food Manufacturing)

Job Description:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Vocational or technical training in food production or manufacturing is an advantage.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of food production processes, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and HACCP.
Familiarity with production machinery, equipment, and safety protocols.
Basic understanding of inventory management and production scheduling.
Proficient in production management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Leadership and Soft Skills:
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for motivating and guiding team members.
Excellent decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to train and coach team members to enhance performance.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage workflow and meet production targets.
Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Proactive in identifying production issues and implementing solutions.
Analytical skills to monitor production efficiency and quality control.
Physical Stamina:
Willing to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, with shift work as required.
Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):
Certifications in food safety (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent).
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications.
First Aid or workplace safety certifications.
