Line Cook - Cebu

**LINE COOK (Pre-Opening Team for a high-end Spanish Restaurant)**
- Graduate of Hospitality Management/ Culinary Arts or equivalent
- At least 5 years work experience as a line cook in a Hotel/ fine dining restaurants/ Mediterranean cuisine
- Must know basic kitchen terminology and ingredients
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety standards
- Adhere to kitchen standards and recipes
- Make sure to produce quality food all the time
- Must be a team player
- Willing to work in Cebu

**Job Duties**:

- Completes the Station Training and passed all required examinations
- Prepares, cooks and plates food items according to standard set by the company
- Ensures the smooth operation in the kitchen by preparing enough stock of food items
- Must be prepared to work in a fast-paces, high pressured work environment
- Must follow all safety procedures, and have a high threshold for heat in the kitchen environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per day
