Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & Client Driven Audits and preparation thereof.Manage the Documentation and Control requirements for all Level 3 documentation for the vertical.Conduct awareness trainings on Information Security and company policies and procedures.Primary Internal Interactions: Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & Client Driven Audits and preparation thereof.Manage the Documentation and Control requirements for all Level 3 documentation for the vertical.Conduct awareness trainings on Information Security and company policies and procedures.Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and MS Project).Basic Internet / Email usage.Process Specific Skills: Knowledge of Quality Management methodologies.Internal/External Compliance or audit experience is preferred.Good knowledge of Compliance/certification related standards like SSAE18, SOX, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCIDSS, etc.Attention to detail.Commitment and drive for results.Good interpersonal skills.Ability to handle pressure.Education Requirements: Graduate of any course.2nd year level in College (with relevant experience in compliance or audit).Work Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant working experience in BPO / ITES industry, preferably in a Quality/Compliance role.
