Licensed Retirement Specialist

Job Summary: Engage with individual investors, distribution partners, and clients to handle inbound inquiries and complete transactions accurately. Ensure all documentation and information provided meets requirements for a satisfactory resolution, and escalate issues when necessary. Document all activities in relevant systems and provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members as needed. Proactively educate customers on technological tools to enhance efficiency and streamline transactions. Qualifications: FINRA license requiredStrong skills in communication, customer service, organization, and phone handlingSelf-motivated team player with multitasking ability, attention to detail, and strict confidentialityProficient in computer and software navigation across various applicationsCapable of acquiring knowledge of relevant business systems, working independently, and exercising sound judgmentSolid understanding of the Financial and Retirement Services industry
