Licensed Physical Therapist

The duties and responsibilities of a Physical Therapist would include the following, but would not be limited to:

Conducting patient evaluation and assessment
Administering therapeutic interventions
Providing home exercise programs and patient education
Documentation of progress notes and PT notes
Perform interdisciplinary approach with other healthcare professionals
Conduction of ethical practice, professional development and excellence in patient care
