EDUCATION: Licensed Civil Engineer/Licensed Architect
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of relevant experience
TRAINING: At least 16 hours of relevant training

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the technical evaluation of properties in accordance with the Area or Division's systems, procedures, and program terms and policies;
2. Conduct site inspection, verification of title, property's land use, and appraisal of properties for acquisition through CMP.
3. Gathers and analyses general and specific data necessary in the preparation of appraisal report;
4. Prepares site inspection, title verification, appraisal, project accomplishments, and compliance reports;
5. Validates accomplishments and compliance reports/documents submitted by stakeholders and assess conditions thereof for the purpose of loan release;
6. Undertakes thorough evaluation of the site development and house construction cost estimates submitted by the CMP-M/Community Association to determine the technical feasibility of the proposed project under SHFC's housing programs;
7. Checks a) property boundaries and configuration thru plotting, b)the accuracy of the technical description inscribed in the TCT, c) the approved subdivision plan, and d) the total land area;
8. Identifies issues/ bottlenecks encountered in the evaluation of the appraisal process;
9. Prepares materials for the presentation to the SHFC Board of Directors for LOG approval;
10. Canvasses prices of construction materials;
11. Monitors project accomplishments for site development and house construction and the performance of CPM; and
12. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
