Licensed Chemist

1.
Oversees the quality control section on a per shift basis
- a) ensures that procedures and daily routines and activities of laboratory technicians are performed on time; and b) monitors the safety and cleanliness of the laboratory.
2.
Monitors quality control
- a) performs proximate chemical analyses on both raw materials and finished goods samples; b) performs complex chemical analysis; and c) monitors production quality on a per shift basis.
3.
Performs inventory monitoring
- a) reports on the vitamin/mineral inventory; and b) monitors the chemicals being used in the laboratory for proximate analysis.
