Job Description

Responsible for designing buildings to create unique and well-organized structures.

Responsibilities

Layout office plans based on client's needs or requests.
Designs offices & shared spaces (with IDr. Lorraine) that will be opportune for our clients and BPOSeats brand. Design Buildings/ Warehouse-to-office set-up as well.
Review Technical details if they conform to building code, plumbing code, fire code and building admin's guidelines on allowed construction and materials.
Estimates and prepares quotations on the needed materials for client requests and renovations.
Material Sourcing. Coordinates and compares suppliers' for best quotes on our standard and new materials.
Coordinates with top management, operations, construction, electrical, AC Tech, Cleaners, IT on office renovations and maintenance.
Plans, delegates , supervise and follow-through with the construction team on all renovations to ensure turnover is on schedule. Coordinates with external service providers if needed.
Prepares blue prints, logbooks, and other permit documents (proposed and as-built plans) for OBO
Team Proofreading.
Tech Related (with planning team):
Creates and checks scheduled tasks, assigned tasks, milestones.
Checks and verifies construction team's time log issues, OT requests, Leaves, IRs.
Simulates with the construction team on any tech development/ process and follow –up on the team's compliance and feedback.
Suggests on tech improvements for better user-friendly experience/ process with user's POV in mind. "if a client were to use it, what's the best way".
Meets with clients for office viewing and/or discusses desired custom spaces, branding & look.
Requirements

Licensed Architect
At least 1 year working experience
With Construction supervisory experience
Tech Savvy
Adept on CAD and on any 3D application
Team player
Benefits

Salary: Up to PHP 27,000 based on experience.
