Licensed Appraiser/Assistant Appraiser

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, or any related courses
Experience/Skills: With 2 to more than 5 years proven working experience as a Real Estate Appraiser
- Advanced leadership and team management skills; ability to instruct and supervise subordinates in proper appraisal techniques and practices
- Comprehensive understanding of the basic and complex principles of construction
- Above average written communication skills to prepare regular reports
