Position Title**:LIBRARIAN**
Organizational Relationship: Director for Academic Affairs
Job Status: Full-time
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepares an annual budget proposal to support the entire library operation for consideration and approval by the management
- Engaged in local, regional, and international linkages and networking activities
- Participate in inter-institutional activities, cooperative programs, as well as community service learning
- To manage, maintain, and monitor uploaded and catalogue of materials
- To provide technical assistant to the library hubs and learning resources as well.
- Helps students and faculty locate materials
- Prepares and disseminates overdue notices
- Collects replacement costs for lost and damaged items
- Shelves materials and makes sure items are maintained in the correct order
- Notifies students when reserved books are available
- Supervises and executes automated inventory
- Monitors students while using the library
- Helps to maintain a friendly and helpful atmosphere for students and faculty
- Keeps the library organized, clean, neat, and welcoming to visitors
- Prepares bulletin boards and displays on a regular basis
- Assists with special projects and programs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or equivalent
- **Must be a LICENSED Librarian**:
- **Master's Degree in Library and Information Science**:
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in oral and written communication
- Creative and Passionate
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Must be able to contribute ideas in a creative group atmosphere
**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month
