Liason Officer

Details of the offer

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
Performs liaison/ fieldwork related to processing of documents

2.
Liaise the permit requirements to the different local and national government units

3.
Performs administrative and office support activities for the company and client

4.
Responsible for issuing, receiving, transmittal copy to clients and management

5.
Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity

6.
Act as a positive representation of the business

7.
Submit reports regarding accomplishments and deadlines

8.
Assists in the timely renewal of government-related permits in order to ensure government compliance and business continuity.
9.
Knowledgeable on how to file/ process documents with Government Agencies.
10.
Negotiate with the government units to ensure the timely availability of the permits of the property sites

11.
Report daily to all associates and/or managers regarding the deliverables of the day assigned to him.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year of working experience as a liaison
- Must be good both verbal and written communication skills
- Has the ability to negotiate favorable outcomes in conflict situation
- Must be analytical and solution driven individual
- Willing to do field work

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
