• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support client relationships and project management
• Liaises and represents the Company with various shipping lines.
• Ensuring all documents for processing are complete and accurate
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar liaison or administrative support role
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Strong organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
