Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Capability to negotiate with and influence others

Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems

Coordinating with other governmental agencies such as SEC, BIR, LTFRB, LTO, Barangay and etc...

Responsibilities:
Prepares budget requests for LTO registrations seemingly facilitate approval of requests;
Ensures all brand-new sales are requested for registration;
- Checks the completeness of the original ORCR versus requested

Receives original ORCR requisition, seemingly route clearance prior to releasing;
Keep temporary plate monitoring updated, seemingly submits temporary plate assignment to merchandise assistant for printing;
Facilitate releasing of the temporary plates to the branch;
Furnish weekly and monthly reports on budget requisitions, temporary plate processing, original ORCR requisition, and all other reports required by the management.

Execute the company's standard operating procedures;
Performs other duties as assigned ad hoc to the job description.
