We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Liaison Officer (PhilGEPS expert) to join our team at Molave Youngs Milling Group of Companies in Molave Zamboanga Del Sur. As a Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's relationships with government agencies and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our organisation's operations.
What you'll be doing Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, particularly the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS)Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and guidelinesPrepare and submit all necessary documents and bids for government tenders and contractsCoordinate with various departments to gather information and documents required for procurement processesStay up-to-date with changes in procurement laws and regulations, and advise the company accordinglyMaintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement-related activitiesProvide training and support to other team members on PhilGEPS and procurement processesWhat we're looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Administrative Assistants industryThorough understanding of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and government procurement regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government officials and internal stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasksProficient in using relevant software and tools for procurement and documentationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related fieldWhat we offer At Molave Youngs Milling Group of Companies, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
