Liaison Officer

1.
Responds to road accident and apprehension in a timely manner.
2.
Keeps proper documentation and take photos of accidents and apprehensions for legal purposes.
3.
Coordinate with local police, LGUs and other organizations according to function.
4.
Keeps records of truck documents:
i. LTO Registration
ii.
LTFRB Registration
iii.
Vehicle Insurance
5.
Process van tax permits, pass way and other permits necessary to ensure passage of delivery units.
6.
Facilitate negotiation with other parties in case of potential legal issues.
7.
Sends legal correspondence such as return to work order, demand letters, Notice of Decision and Termination Letter.
8.
Represents the company in legal proceedings as assigned by immediate supervisor.
9.
Conducts admin hearings.
10.
Working bad debts from former employees, individuals and organizations.
11.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
