Liaison Officer

J.C. Piñon Construction Inc is looking for:

LIAISON OFFICER

Summary of Functions:

Ensure seamless communication and collaboration to Manila office and our clients throughout the projects' duration and provide project updates so that issues or conflicts are addressed promptly and effectively.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-Secure contract and collection documents (NOA, NTP, Contract, Disbursement Voucher, BIR 2307, etc.)
and submit to Manila office.
-Coordination with the assigned Project Engineer and Materials Engineer for billing documentary requirements.
(Affidavit, Bonds, Test results)
-Assist in the timely routing of billing documents, time extensions, suspension, resumption, variation orders for processing and approval.
-Provide Manila office project updates and challenges encountered for resolution to ensure smooth project implementation

Qualifications:
-Candidate must be a graduate of 4-year course related to Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Business Administration
-With knowledge or background in contracts management, procurement and bidding
-With relevant experience as a liaison officer in a construction firm dealing with government agencies.
-Must be trustworthy, team player and follow instructions thoroughly.
-Willing to be assigned in Ilocos Norte.
