PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for ensuring the completion of all regulatory local and national permits and licenses and for overseeing the filing and renewal of vehicle insurance coverage and claims, registration of newly-acquired vehicles, and payment of company utilities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares, processes, and maintains all regulatory local and national permits and licenses. Transacts with legal offices and government agencies for payment, renewal and registration of various fees, taxes, licenses/permits, and other legal/government requirements. Registers and maintains records of Distributor's real estate, discharged mortgage, and processes notarization of these documents. Registers newly acquired land titles of the AgriPacific/Rebisco Group of Companies' employees including those of Distributors. Prepares & forwards documents for check preparation to Accounting Department; and tallies/liquidates cash requests from Finance and Remittance Department. Files official reports of the company as required by government agencies (SEC, BIR, etc.). Attends to visiting inspectors from various institutions and government agencies. Assists newly hired Distributors on the proper documentation of their surety bonds. Coordinates with "Legal Affairs" for any legal implication or concern on regulatory papers, insurance, etc. Encodes into the Legal Requirements Registry Module of the Rebisco General Tracking System (RGTS) the government and legal requirements that are for future registration or renewal and ensures regular updating. Informs Immediate Superior and/or food safety Team on any concern related to food Safety Management System. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (4-Year course) At least two years of work experience in Front Line Operations and Customer Service With extensive knowledge in Secretarial Services and Records Management Advanced skills in Office Management, Reception Services, People & Resources Coordination, and Business Writing With working background in Software Application, Research, and Report Generation Willing to travel in Pampanga, QC, Bulacan Area from time to time. SAP knowledge is a plus. Will be based in San Agustin, Gerona Tarlac Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
