Liaison Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the business, as well as an understanding of the requirements of the Department of
Migrant workers (DMW) and other attached agencies.
2. Collaborate and communicate successfully with all agencies pertaining to all the requirements needed in ensuring complete
submissions and processing of needed document
3. Work hand and hand with the Recruitment and Documentation staff to ensure that all documents are complete.
4. Representing the company in a positive and professional manner in government dealings and transactions ensuring compliance to all
requirements.
5. Keep a contacts list with relevant people from other agencies, companies or organizations

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Graduate of any business related course
2. 2+ years of experience as Liaison Officer preferably in an international recruitment firms
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
