Liaison Officer

Job Description: Act as a custodian of company assets.Maintenance and monitoring of company assets.Processing of company licenses and permits.Manage custodians assigned in different affiliates.Justification of requested items for procurement.Negotiation and accreditation of suppliers for procurement.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any course.5 years of experience as admin/liaison.Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills.Experience using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets.Strong communication skills.Ability to multitask.Willingness to travel for processing documents.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
