Liaison Officer

Details of the offer

We are currently looking for a Liaison Officer that shall act as a middle person between the company and other agencies in the maritime industry to streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintains thorough knowledge of the business as well as an understanding how that impacts the other entities of contact (e.g.
POEA and other government agencies)
- Facilitates the filing of all documents and licenses and permits
- Facilitates the filing and accreditation of new principals
- Facilitates the processing of POEA contracts and other related documents
- Coordinates with our administrative department and the concerned agency to renew the licenses
- Assists crew in filing with MARINA
- Files travel documents at the embassy
- Other logistics and messenger tasks as may be assigned

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in a related role
- Organized, efficient, communicative and good problem-solving skills
- Able to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
- Able to negotiate with and influence others
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Must be willing to work in Makati and travel when needed

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Maritime/Manning: 1 year (preferred)
