The Liaison Officer is in-charge of the processing of LTO registration and insurance on all motorcycle units sold from all branches.
Responsibilities:Registration and Licensing Compliance: Adhering to Registration and Licensing standards, such as data entry, transmittal of documents, and routine compliance checks, under supervision.Ensure that all sold units comply with LTO regulations and standards.Stay updated on changes in transportation laws and communicate relevant information to internal stakeholders.Receive Sales Invoices, Certificate of Stock Reports (CSR), COC, PNP Clearance and attachments and double check supporting documents such as Certificate of Stock Reports (CSR), PNP Clearance and Stencils.Prepare cash advance requests to Treasury for the issuance of checks and payments.Forward CSR, PNP Clearance, stencils to LTO for processing.Follow up with LTO pending transactions for releasing of OR CR and Plate Number.Email copy of the OR CR and send transmittal to Documentation.Process LTO accreditation of the branches.Documentation and Record Keeping: Do basic documentation and data processing tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records with guidance.Encodes detailed information of customers received from branches as reference purposes.Reach out to the right process owners to clarify their understanding of a process or express a request.Serve as the main liaison between the company and the LTO, fostering open and effective communication.Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues related to transportation and regulatory compliance.Quality Compliance: Ensures that products, processes, and services meet predefined quality standards.Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of current LTO regulations, policies, and procedures.Service Protocol and Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with safety and security procedures and policies.Demonstrates a professional demeanor in all interactions with LTO officials, clients, and colleagues.Customer Relations: Handles routine inquiries, provides basic information, and assists customers and stakeholders with common concerns.Responds promptly to branch inquiries and provides clear, concise information.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.At least 1 year of experience in the same field.Ability to adapt to changes in LTO processes, regulations, or organizational requirements.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and cross-functional departments.
