Liaison/Messenger

Familiarize self with the business and transactions with partner agencies
Maintain communication with contact persons from different agencies
Collaborate with contact persons from various agencies for necessary submittals and deliverables
Coordinate with engineers and architects for documents, permits, and plans for submission
Represent the company and officials in meetings and proceedings if needed
Attend pre-bid and bid conferences
Draft and prepare bid documents for prospective projects
Ensure that important documents per project are updated and complete
Request for copies of incomplete documents from respective implementing agency
Monitor progress of billings and collections per project in each agency
Collect checks and disbursement vouchers once available
Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
Ensure the promotion of customer focus
Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
Other tasks related to the position
At least 1-2 years experience for this position is required
Willing to be assign in Region IV-B
