DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-Transmits or routes memoranda and delivers written communications and documents to parties or entities concerned.-Prepares drafts of letters and correspondences.-Facilitates the application and renewal of notarial commission, updating of regular professional fees and assessments.-Facilitates the processing of request and applications with the parties or entities concerned from beginning to end.-Performs archiving functions of the department.-Coordinates the needed functions of the department to other groups.-Notarization of documents.-Preparation of monthly notarial reports and ensure timely filing to court.-Performs other liaison tasks that may be assigned from time to time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:-Graduate of a 4-year course preferably political science or legal management, or any related course-With at least 6 months of experience in liaison and clerical work-Basic computer skills-Proficient in written and oral communication skills.-Good human relation skills
