What You'll be Doing

During a Typical Day, You'll Answer incoming communications from customers
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
What You Bring to the Role At least 1-year BPO experience (Voice) if you've completed Senior High School or 2 years in college
2 years BPO experience (Voice) if you've completed High School (Old Curriculum)
