- Create and maintain detailed ticket information.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role for an MSP
- Demonstrated experience in Managed Services and complex technical support
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and Azure Infrastructure
- Remote Desktop management and support
- Office 365 Intune MDM and Autopilot deployments
- Virtualization technologies - VMware/Hyper-V
- Networking experience (Switching, Routers, Firewalls) (including VLANs and WIFI) and troubleshooting skills - HPMerakiDraytek
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications (Microsoft/ITIL)
- Basic experience leading a small team (to assist PCSOFT with future growth in building an outsourcing team)
