Lending Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities
- Save client supporting documents provided by the client and update our CRM if relevant
- Liaise with the team to prepare client files
- Issue correspondence to clients through CRM system

Required Experience
- Previous experience working in an office environment within administration or lending is required

Minimum Qualifications
- Secondary education required
- Applicable tertiary degree preferred but not required
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to be organized and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks as required by the lending team
- Work effectively with others in a team environment

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
