Job Description We are Japanese power development, and looking for a Legal Specialist to support our ongoing and upcoming power development projects. As we continue to advance in the energy sector, we need a legal position to help ensure smooth contract negotiations and compliance with regulations.
This role is crucial for managing stakeholder agreements effectively, enabling us to successfully execute our projects and maintain our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
Job Description
- Provide legal advice on power infrastructure development projects.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare/review agreements with stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure risk management and compliance.
- Prepare reports on legal issues for internal and external parties.
- Troubleshoot and propose solutions for contract implementation issues. Qualifications Requirement Must
- Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid attorney's license.
- Knowledge of Philippine power industry laws and regulations.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in power development companies.
- Has experience in contract management, drafting, review and internal process management.
