Legal Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Draft and Preparation?of?corporate?legal?documents,?letters?and?certifications?of?the?company, reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.
Assist?in?the?processing?of?all?legal?concerns?of?the?company?
Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.)
Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation
Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases
Processing?of?messengerial?errands,?notary,?transmittal
Correspondence?with?government?agencies?such?as?BIR,?SEC,?DOLE,?BI,?DFA for?reportorial?requirements?of?the?companies?
Compliance?with government?registrations?(SEC,?etc.)?
Other?legal?services

Qualifications
Good English communication skills (oral and written) , Strong communication skill
with at least 3 years FMCG industry legal specialist working experience
Highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills
Attentive to every details of a certain task/assignment
Bachelor's/College/Law Degree
Law Graduate is an advantage

Work Location: BGC, Taguig

SALARY RANGE: 40K-50K
