Legal Specialist

ABOUT THE POSITION Assist and support in all activities of the legal and Labor Relations area. Support with the disciplinary measures process. Support the monitoring of administrative activities, in order to maintain documentation in accordance with established standards and procedures. Support in the drafting, writing and review of company documents. Review updates in the labor legal field associated with the management of the company. The rest inherent to the position and those assigned by your direct leader or superior. Activities and Tasks Provide support in the execution of operational and administrative activities of the area (A) Write/Draft area documentation. (T) Review and control documentation (T) Meet the area's own requirements (T) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED Graduate of any related pre-law courses Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Philippine corporate law. Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate governance principles and regulations. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. TECHNICAL SKILLS Updated knowledge of labor law Knowledge of disciplinary measures processes Basic knowledge of the office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any legal research tools
