Legal Senior Manager

About the Role : As a Legal Senior Manager you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities Provide input into and shape strategic decisions that impact Industry X, with an emphasis on support to the leadership team of Industry X in the Growth Markets and a subset of Industry X's global Solution Leads; Assess new Industry X solutions and guide them to market in a legally compliant manner with appropriate risk mitigations (contractual, operational, technical); Develop guidance, guardrails and playbooks to enable Accenture's Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently support client transactions; About You : The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience JD degree or equivalent degree or legal qualification and admitted to the bar (or local equivalent); in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law. 10+ years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, with a preference for prior industry experience advising on the development of new product or service-based solutions Should have a strong understanding of core legal issues relating to Industry X #J-18808-Ljbffr
