Responsibilities: Understand, draft and review contracts, and handle corporate secretarial matters for the COL group. Monitor legal developments, respond to regulators, and handle correspondences with regulators and third parties. Provide legal training and assist in implementing the group's legal strategy. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements for the COL group. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on compliance concerns. Required to take the Associated Person exam. Requirements: Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from a reputable law school; bar passer. At least 1-3 years of experience in a law firm. Understanding of corporate law/compliance in the securities industry. Good attention to detail, integrity, and no material disciplinary history. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set up at Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Job Type: Full-time
