Legal Officer

**Job description**:

- Will help the company solving some small legal matter and issues.
- Will provide legal assistance in drafting board resolutions, minutes writing and other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
- Will liaise with business partners and foster knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Will provide administrative support in updating important and relevant subsidiary information in the internal entity management system.
**Qualifications**:

- Familiar with the regulations and standard in National Privacy Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission
- Member of the Philippine Bar
- Outstanding research and legal writing proficiency; and, preferably with experience in investigation and hearing.
- Possess a strong command of the English language on both verbal and written
- Above average academic credentials
- Has knowledge/ or experience in new generation internet companies (Lending/BPO)

**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
