Legal Services Management
1.
Assist or execute departmental/division activities for effective implementation of plans and achievement of objectives, under the supervision of the heads.
2.
Develop working protocol with other functional units and other departments.
B.
Contracts, Agreements, and Legal Documentation
1.
Upon instructions of heads, assists in the drafting, reviewing and finalizing agreements/contracts and other legal documentation.
2.
Assists in analyzing and interpreting contracts/legal documentation.
C. Legal Representation / Litigation Support
1.
Liaise with government/non-government agencies and judicial/quasi-judicial bodies.
2.
Represent the company and its personnel in judicial and quasi judicial proceedings and other venues where the company requires legal representation (e.g.
meetings where legal issues may be raised), upon assignment of heads
3.
Assists the heads in the timely drafting and review of pleadings and motions filed prior to the said judicial and quasi-judicial bodies; recommend case strategy
4.
Upon instruction of the heads, coordinate with and/or endorse cases for legal handling to external counsels.
5.
Coordination with other departments for the required documentation/evidence
6.
In the absence of the heads, attend meetings related to pending cases
D. Other Functions
1.
Timely legal advice / research: Conduct research and address company issues and matters being referred to
2.
Legal Services requiring an assessment of the legal implications.
3.
Coordination with external legal counsels
4.
Assist in other business ventures of the company such as intellectual property matters
5.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the department head/s or division head
Qualifications:
A.
Education: Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor
B.
Experience: At least 3-5 years experience in the practice of law, in the areas of, but not limited to, litigation, taxation, corporate law, or labor law
C. Licenses (if applicable): Philippine Bar Membership
D. Others:
- Good interpersonal skills and flexible;
- Must be investigative and objective, dynamic, and able to grasp new ideas;
- Team player
Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Caloocan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
