Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors all employee contracts, all company documents to identify legal risk and ensure that the same is addressed, corrective measures and supporting documents are in place.Review all service agreements with clients, suppliers and other third-party contracts prior to implementation, to make sure that company interest is protected, risk avoided and or managed.Monitors all clients service agreements from, negotiation, implementation, record keeping and renewals. Ensures all company contracts are controlled and confidential information are protected.Acts as secondary Data Privacy officer, as support for the Data Privacy Officer or in his/ her absence.Keeps abreast will all last, government rulings, memorandum, circulars and new issuances affecting the service business and the business community in general or any particular aspect that may affect the company's way of doing business.Informs management of legal risk, or rulings, issuances that could affect, modify the way business is conducted and suggest measures by which compliance can be maintained, risks can be managed and operations can be improved.Attends to all meetings with client's suppliers, employees as maybe needed for proper legal guidance, and support to company key personnel.Represents the company in all legal appearances that may be required with the DOLE, NLRC, SSS and other government and private agencies, to present company data, or position as may be necessary, subject to prior consultation and approval with the management.Attends to clients, government and other third-party operating audit or inspections as conducted regularly or as part of spot audit, towards this end maintains all legal and corporate documents updated, complete and in order.Prepares a weekly summary report of employee's incidents, disciplinary action as reported by employee services/ accounts officers to avoid/prevent these incidents from being escalated to a labor relations issue.Makes monthly report on the status of legal compliance with recommendation for improvement and summary of employee incidents that could be probable cases and takes proactive stance on the incidents to prevent labor cases.
