Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree or equivalent degree or legal qualification
bar passer is a big advantage
with at least 4- 8 years of experience in legal experience of relevant attorney work
experience in ALL legal disciplines / fields, specialisms welcomed.
With at least 5-8 years of experience in managerial role.
understanding of legal issues related to bringing software products to market in a legally compliant manner, including offerings utilizing machine learning, third party data.
Knowledgeable with dynamic law firm and/or in-house legal department environment.
With experience in handling international clients.
Amenable to work on-site
Willing to work in a BPO company.
Responsibilities:
Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near- long term goals.
negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution
Interaction is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
Authority: Latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Collaborate with members of Legal, HR, tax, treasury, controllership and other teams
Coordinate entity transactions related to the acquisition of target groups and their integration into Accenture entities across multiple countries
Assume Market Unit specific assignments on an ad hoc basis
Supervise outside counsel and manage legal budgets for different projects
Leverage internal and external resources with reusable and industrialized knowledge, including curating precedent documents for future use (and help establish precedent library)
