As a Legal Counsel, he/she will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, minimizing risks, and supporting the overall success of Alveo's businesses. He/She will have the opportunity to work closely with theresidential business operations and support services teams, gain 360-degree exposure to a wide range of legal matters and contribute to the growth of Alveo and ALI in general.
Qualifications Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.)Member in good standing of the Philippine BarWith at least five (5) years' experience in a reputable law firmIn-house and litigation experience, experience in real estate transactions, Data Privacy, competition laws, Intellectual Property legal compliance are advantagesKnowledge Working knowledge of Data Privacy laws, Intellectual Property, competition laws and labor lawsBackground or work experience handling real estate industry legal matters and issues will be plus factors.Skills Strong analytical skills and ability to apply legal principles to practical business situations.Able to function independently while also able to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Thorough and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.Practical approach in problem-solving.Professional, pro-active, adaptable and with a commitment to continuous learning.
