**Job Description**:
Will serve as the legal counsel for ECPAY.
Manage the legal and contracts functions and provide expert counsel to the business on transactional, operational, risk related and litigation matters.
Collaborate with our key partners, as necessary (including prospects, clients, vendors, partners, and regulators) to advise on regulatory and privacy-related issues.
Evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the company.
Draft, manage and maintain all company legal templates.
Provide legal collaboration with all functions throughout the company on business and product initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with external counsel as necessary.
Assist the Department Head - Consumer Business Legal Services in the overall objectives and deliverables of the team.

Drafts and reviews contracts and other legal documents.

Provides legal advice to internal clients/proponents.
3.
Coordinates with the clients/proponents in the resolution of issues.
4.
Comply with the standard TAT in terms of contract review process.
5.
Assist the team in accomplishing the overall objectives.
6.
Must be analytical, keen to details and can work under minimum supervision.
7.
Must have pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
