The Legal Counsel will provide legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage contracts, and mitigate legal risks to support the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications:
• Licensed lawyer in the Philippines with an LL.B.
or Juris Doctor degree.
• At least 5 years of legal experience, preferably in the energy and power sector.
• Knowledge of renewable energy regulations, environmental laws, and corporate governance.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and contract law (startup experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
