Job Description Oversee all aspects of litigation, including strategy, case management, and coordination with external legal teams.Represent the company in legal proceedings, ensuring its interests are well-presented.Resolve employment-related disputes through negotiation or litigation.Provide legal guidance on labor laws, collective bargaining, and employee relations.Draft, review, and file legal documents related to labor and employment cases.Ensure company policies align with labor laws, advising on necessary changes.Engage with labor authorities to maintain compliance and address legal issues. The Successful Applicant The candidate should hold at least a Bachelor's or College Degree and a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
