Legal Counsel - Bgc, On-Site

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Counsel with at least 5 years of legal experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in litigation, contract drafting and review, and legal research. This is a full-time position that requires 100% onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities: Litigation: Represent the company in legal proceedings, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and minimize risk.Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and provide informed legal advice to management and staff.Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance in all business activities.Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on litigation, contract law, and legal research.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
